Who we are
Built on finish, function and timely delivery
Design & Shelter Limited was incorporated in 2014 with the Corporate Affairs Commission. The company is solely owned by Nigerians who saw the need to build homes with ultra-perfect finishes and regal fittings that provide truly unique and comfortable shelter.
We develop properties in prime locations in ways that reflect taste and luxury. Our focus is homes with modern, contemporary architecture, in a style that meets both the living-space and luxury requirements of our customers.
Our major strength is producing architectural designs that maximise the use of space, and delivering them on time.
